a note from the founder
I’ve experienced dentistry from multiple perspectives, as an associate, a practice owner, a residency program director, and a dental director within a larger organization.
Each role taught me something different about what it takes to build something that actually works.
I’ve seen the pressure of production, the complexity of leading teams, the challenge of training and supporting new doctors, and the gap that often exists between strategy and real-world execution.
That’s what shapes how I approach my work today.
I care deeply about this profession, and I care about the people in it.
There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing a doctor gain confidence, a team come together, or a practice find clarity and momentum. Because when everything starts to align the systems, the people, the clinical care, there’s a kind of energy to it.
